Privacy Policy
Reliable Business ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at business.reliableads.site and the related application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data
- Email address, name and avatar (from email/password sign-up or Google sign-in)
- Workspace settings you configure in the app
Google Business Profile data
When you connect Google Business Profile via OAuth, we receive and store, per location you manage:
- Location profile: title, categories, address, phone, website, hours, services, attributes, description, photos metadata, verification status
- Reviews: rating, text, author name as it appears on Google, owner reply text
- Posts metadata and Q&A entries
- Encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens

Usage data
- Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request path, timestamp) used for security and debugging, retained up to 30 days
2. How we use the data
- To compute audit scores and generate AI action plans for the locations you manage
- To provide, secure and improve the Service
- To contact you about account, billing, or material changes to the Service
3. AI processing
Action-plan text is generated via the Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini models). We send only the failed checks and a minimal location summary — no review-author personal data. Inputs are not retained for model training.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Lovable Cloud — hosting and managed Postgres
- Lovable AI Gateway — AI inference for action plans
- Authorities when required by law
5. Security
- OAuth tokens encrypted at rest
- Postgres row-level security so each workspace can only access its own data
- HTTPS everywhere
- Service-role credentials kept server-side only
6. Retention
We keep account and GBP location data while your account is active. When you delete your account or revoke Google access, we remove your tokens immediately and your mirrored GBP data within 30 days. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR / CCPA / LGPD), you can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email marketing@reliableads.site.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies / local storage to keep you signed in. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page first.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
