Terms of Service — Reliable Business

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reliable Business website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm you have authority to act on behalf of any Google Business Profile locations you connect.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at marketing@reliableads.site if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Connect Google Business Profile locations you do not have authority to manage
Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service
Use the Service to send spam, deceive Google's ranking systems, or violate Google's policies
Interfere with other users or the integrity of the Service

4. Google Business Profile

Use of the Service in connection with Google Business Profile is also subject to Google's own terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy. See our data usage page for details.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code and content (excluding your data and your GBP data), is owned by Reliable Business and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of your data.

6. AI-generated content

Action plans, suggested replies and similar AI outputs are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it to Google or sending it to customers.

7. Beta service

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Pricing tiers will be introduced after the beta with advance notice; beta users will receive a permanent discount.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PARTICULAR LOCAL SEARCH RANKINGS OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIABLE BUSINESS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) USD 100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
